Return Policy

Policy
Unless you have a separate written agreement with Integrity Technology Solutions, the return of hardware and software purchased from Insight (collectively, “Product”) is subject to specific manufacturer, publisher or distributor restrictions. Such suppliers may provide limited or no returns of Products. If the supplier accepts returns, you may return Product and Integrity Technology Solutions will assist in its replacement, grant you a refund or credit against future purchases in an amount equal to the original purchase price and freight paid for the Product less any applicable restocking fees within 30 days or at Insight’s sole discretion. You are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Returns are also subject to the rights of return processes below. If you fail to return Product within the applicable Return Policy period or if the Product does not meet the rights of return and processes under this Return Policy, the Product is considered accepted by you and not returnable.

Rights of return

  • Permitted product returns:
    • Hardware: If permitted by the manufacturer’s return policy, hardware, accessories, peripherals and parts may be returned if: 1) the packaging is unopened and still in the manufacturer’s sealed package, and 2) returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
    • Software: Software may be returned if permitted by the publisher’s return policy, If the publisher does not allow the return of software, you may not return the software to Insight.
  • Damaged products: Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused at the time of original delivery attempt. If damaged Products are accepted from the carrier, contact Integrity Technology Solutions Client Services within 7 days after receipt of shipment to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of the damaged Products. All damages should be noted on the carrier delivery record prior to the driver leaving your premises. Please save the Product and all original box and packaging. Timely receipt of this information is necessary to file a damage claim with the freight carrier and avoid delays in returns and replacements.
  • Order discrepancies: All order discrepancies (shortages, mislabeled product or overages) must be reported to Integrity Technology Solutions Client Services Department within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Defective/Dead on Arrival (DOA): Report DOAs to Integrity Technology Solutions Client Services within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Some manufacturers and publishers require DOAs to be handled directly through them. In such cases, Integrity Technology Solutions Client Services will provide the manufacturer’s contact information.
  • Non-returnable product (not all inclusive): The following Products cannot be returned to Integrity Technology Solutions:
    • Discontinued items
    • Special order items
    • Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
    • Custom configurations of systems
    • Open units, and/or units that require repackaging
    • Units in an unsuitable resale condition
    • Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished Products

RMA

Process: All returns must have an Insight Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. If the return meets Insight’s return guidelines, you may obtain an RMA number by contacting:

    • Insight’s Client Services at 800.827.6100. Insight Client Services business hours are 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (Arizona);.or
    • By email at insightclientservices@insight.com

In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Client Account Number, Invoice Number, Serial Number (if applicable), the nature of the issue and whether the manufacturer’s seal has been broken.

 

Once the RMA number is issued, please note:

  • RMA numbers issued by Insight are good for 15 business days only. Product authorized for return must be received within such time period at the facility identified on your RMA instructions.
  • RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued.

Clearly mark each address label of each package being returned with the RMA number. DO NOT WRITE ON THE VENDOR’S BOX.

Integrity Technology Solutions strongly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring return shipments.

 

All returns MUST be 100% complete and contain:

  • ALL original boxes and packing material
  • Original UPC codes on the manufacturer’s or publisher’s boxes
  • All blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer or publisher

Incomplete returns may be returned to sender or subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee at Insight’s sole discretion.

 

Refund Policy: To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, customer agrees that customer’s sole remedy shall be to return Product in accordance with the terms of these terms of use and sale and, if applicable, to obtain a refund or credit in the amount of the purchase price paid by customer to us, less all sums, if any, customer owes us, within 30 days or at Insight’s sole discretion.

eCommerce Returns

Integrity Technology Solutions hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

General terms and policies
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Integrity Technology Solutions is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Monitors are not included with computer systems unless specified. Although Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response Email, Integrity Technology Solutions may change its pricing, product description or specification after any order confirmation or response email but prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

Product returns
Integrity Technology Solutions adheres to all manufacturer warranty and return policies. All product returns must be processed with a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA #). NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA #.

RMAs issued by Integrity Technology Solutions are valid for 15 days only, and product must be returned to Integrity Technology Solutions within this time frame. RMAs cannot be extended or re-issued.

Due to manufacturers’ policies, Integrity Technology Solutions cannot accept returns of the following items for exchange, replacement or credit for any reason: Compaq, IBM, Toshiba, Hewlett Packard and Apple. Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective merchandise can be returned for repair only to an authorized service center. Integrity Technology Solutions reserves the right to add additional manufacturers to this list as manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business or if product was specially ordered.

Contact Integrity Technology Solutions at 424-262-0047 and a customer service representative will assign you an RMA # and assist you with any questions you may have. Customer Service business hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.

Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA #: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice.

Products modified by the Configuration Center
Open units, units that require re-boxing, or units in an unsuitable resale condition

Items that have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part number by the manufacturer

If you are having problems with installation of the product purchased or have any technical questions regarding your purchase, please contact Integrity Technology Solutions.
Defective and DOA product must be reported to Customer Service within 21 days of the invoice date. The product will be repaired, replaced or credited according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
All order discrepancies (shortages, mislabeled product, damaged product or overages) must be reported to Customer Service within 5 business days after receipt of the shipment.
All non-defective returns must be reported to Customer Service within 5 business days after receipt of the shipment. Integrity Technology Solutions will replace or credit the product according to the manufacturer’s warranty. A restocking fee up to 20% will apply to cover the cost of the return.
Integrity Technology Solutions will only accept unopened or pre-installed software and CDs for return. NO OPEN SOFTWARE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
**Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Integrity Technology Solutions will credit one-way shipping for returns that are our error.

Integrity Technology Solutions reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 21 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 21 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.

Supplier License and Use Terms

Per Integrity Technology Solution’s offer and quote you received, all third party cloud services, software, support & maintenance provided or resold by Integrity Technology Solutions are subject to the applicable Third Party License and Use Terms provided by the manufacture of the products.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Integrity Technology Solutions Inc. from its offices within the state of California, United States of America. By accessing this Site, you and Integrity Technology Solutions Inc. agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the state of California, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles. Integrity Technology Solutions Inc. makes no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
